Kick Off Rally – Candlelight Vigil, February 25, 7:00 PM
Join us as we Kick-Off the Campaign with a Candlelight vigil at the sidewalk of the abortion site, located at 5915 Tyrone Rd. Reno. Remember, we come to bring the Love of Christ to the Sidewalk. Join us as we share scripture and prayer at the site where innocent lives are currently being lost under the protection of the laws of our nation.

“Blest are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of slander against you because of me. Be glad and rejoice, for your reward is great in heaven; They persecuted the prophets before you in the very same way.”

(Mt. 5: 11 – 12)

Each person is created in the image and likeness of God. God is infinitely, unlimitedly, sacred. Next to God in sacredness has to be the image and likeness of Himself which he has created – each person conceived. Satan would destroy God, but he cannot. However, through his human agents, he can destroy the image of God. Today, that destruction is accomplished most widely by those who facilitate, perform, aid and abet abortion and euthanasia. That this is a work of Satan, witness the anger, vitriol and hate, accompanied with blasphemy against God, heaped on those who charitably and peacefully profess in word or deed the sacredness of each human person.
Should we expect it to be otherwise? No.
Jesus said:
“If the world hates you, realize that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, the world would love its own; but because you do not belong to the world, and I have chosen you out of the world, the world hates you” (Jn.15: 18 – 19)
“If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you.” (cf Jn. 15:20)
“Blest are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of slander against you because of me.” (Mt 5:11)

Sign-up for Your Hours on the Vigil Calendar
We’ve had several churches or church groups adopt a full day at the vigil site, but there remain many hours for which we need your help. Please, visit the calendar, register and sign-up to join us at the sidewalk. Help us fill the hours of the first weekend now. Our Vigil Calendar is located at: www.vigilcalendar.com/renotahoe.

Prayer volunteers do not have to also be sidewalk counselors. Also, we are praying many hours when the abortion site is closed.

Sign up even if you’re not 100% sure that you can make that particular time. If circumstances prevent you being at the sidewalk then just make it up another time.
